Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the goose carcass thoroughly under running water and dry it. Cut into portions.
Step 2
Sprinkle each piece of garlic separately, making a small cut and putting in half a clove of garlic, cut lengthwise. Also, sprinkle the meat with pitted cherries.
Step 3
Season each piece with salt and pepper, sprinkle with nutmeg and ginger.
Step 4
Place in a deep skillet and simmer over high heat for 15 minutes. Then reduce the heat and extinguish until the liquid has completely boiled away.
Step 5
