I offer you a recipe for stewed goose (otherwise they are used to baking everything in the oven) - with an original sauce and a sweet touch. You have not tried this before.

It is necessary

  • Goose for 2 kg,
  • 80 grams of butter
  • some salt
  • a little black pepper,
  • a little ground cinnamon.
  • For the sauce.
  • 2 stalks of celery,
  • 1 carrot,
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of cooking oil
  • 100 ml of red wine,
  • 350 grams of pineapple,
  • 4 mint leaves,
  • 10 grams of lemon juice.
  • For making apples.
  • 2 apples,
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of honey
  • 4 tbsp. spoons of cranberries,
  • a little ground cinnamon.
  • Additionally.
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of powdered sugar
  • 30 grams of hazelnuts,
  • 2 slices of lemon,
  • 3 mint leaves,
  • 8 cranberries.

Instructions

Step 1

Place the pieces of meat in a dry frying pan, skin side down. We put on fire. The meat will give fat and juice, we will stew it in it. It is better to cook meat on low heat. During the cooking process, do not forget to salt and pepper the meat.

My celery. Peel the carrots and chop finely.

Cut the peeled onion into half rings.

Step 4

In another frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, fry the onion for 3 minutes, add the carrots and finely chopped celery. Cook with stirring over low heat.

Step 5

Put butter to the meat, and pour a small part of the fat to the vegetables.

Step 6

After the fat came out of the meat and a golden crust appeared - turn the pieces of meat over to the other side. Add a pinch of cinnamon.

Step 7

We wash the apples, dry them with paper towels, cut off the lower part for stability.

We also cut off the tops of the apples (do not throw them away). We remove the middle of the apples, which, if desired, we put with vegetables (without seeds).

Put cranberries in the apples, fill them with honey, sprinkle with cinnamon.

We check the vegetables, if they are soft, then add wine to them.

Cover the apples with lids (cut off the top) and put them on a baking sheet, which must be covered with parchment. You need to cook apples for 12 minutes at 180 degrees.

Peel the pineapple, remove the center, and cut the pulp into small cubes.

Step 11

Transfer stewed vegetables from the pan to a blender. Add pineapple cubes, 4 mint leaves and pour in a small amount of wine, grind. We taste and add sugar with lemon juice to taste.

Fry nuts.
