Chips are loved by both adults and children. Unfortunately, this dish is often made from products that are harmful to the body. I suggest making natural apple chips at home without adding all kinds of preservatives.
It is necessary

- - milk - 1 glass;
- - egg - 1 pc.;
- - wheat flour - 1 glass;
- - butter - 25 g;
- - sugar - 1/3 cup;
- - baking powder for dough - 1 teaspoon;
- - cinnamon - 1 tablespoon.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, melt the butter. This procedure can be done both with a microwave oven and with a water bath. Then combine it with milk and a raw egg. Whisk the resulting liquid mixture well. Pour flour and baking powder there. Mix everything properly until smooth. Thus, you have a batter for future apple chips.
Step 2
Wash the apples thoroughly, then chop them into rings, the thickness of which is approximately 5 millimeters. First remove the core from the fruit. The more carefully you do this, the better future chips will look.
Step 3
In the prepared batter, roll the fruit cut into rings. In a skillet with butter, fry the apple rings on each side for 1-2 minutes. If you took apples that are juicy enough, then before dipping them in batter, roll in flour.
Step 4
Put the fried fruit out of the pan on paper towels to help drain off excess vegetable oil. Then roll the apples thoroughly in a dry mixture of granulated sugar and cinnamon. If desired, this dressing can be replaced with powdered sugar. Apple chips are ready! Feel free to serve them to the table.
