Oh, how many types of cakes and fillings exist for them - you can't count all of them. Not every housewife likes to cook such baked goods, because this is a very time consuming process. But there is always an alternative. For example, a pancake cake with several simple fillings at once. After all, baking pancakes is much easier than cakes. Such an unusual dessert will delight your household with its taste and pleasantly surprise with its appearance.

It is necessary

  • For pancakes:
  • - milk 150 ml
  • - flour 100 g
  • - egg 2 pcs.
  • - butter
  • - salt
  • For the first filling:
  • - chopped nuts 120 g
  • - icing sugar 40 g
  • For the second filling:
  • - cottage cheese 120 g
  • - sugar 80 g
  • - raisins 30 g
  • - egg yolk 3 pcs.
  • - fresh cream 2 tbsp. spoons
  • For the third filling:
  • - chocolate 60 g
  • - butter 80 g
  • For the fourth filling:
  • - apricot jam 150 g
  • For glaze:
  • - egg white 3 pcs.
  • - vanilla sugar

Instructions

Step 1

Make a batter using flour, eggs, milk, and salt.

Step 2

Heat the butter slightly in a skillet and toast thin pancakes from the whole dough.

Step 3

Place the first pancake on a greased baking sheet and spread the first filling, nuts mixed with powdered sugar, over it. Put the next pancake on top and spread the second type of filling over it - a mixture of cottage cheese, egg yolks, sugar, cream and raisins.

Step 4

Cover the cake with the third pancake and add the grated chocolate and a few slices of butter. Place the pancake again and spread the apricot jam over it.

Step 5

Continue to alternate between different types of fillings until you run out of ingredients. The cake should be topped off with another pancake.

Step 6

Spread the well-beaten egg whites on the cake. Then put the pastries in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 3-4 minutes.

Step 7

Sprinkle vanilla sugar on the cake when serving. Bon Appetit!
