Pancakes are a traditional Russian dish. There are many different recipes for making pancakes. If you love and know how to bake pancakes, but want to try something new, then make a delicious pancake cake.
You will need:
- milk - 300 ml.;
- egg - 3 pcs.;
- water - 300 ml.;
- sunflower oil - 4 tablespoons
- sugar - 5 tablespoons;
- flour - 250 g;
- sour cream - 1 tablespoon;
- fat-free cottage cheese - 500 g;
- nuts - 300 g;
- condensed milk - 70 g.
- boiled condensed milk - 1 can;
- cinnamon, salt;
- vanilla sugar;
- strawberries, raspberries, mint leaves;
- chocolate - 100 g;
- powdered sugar.
Preparation:
To prepare a delicious pancake cake, you need to prepare the base - pancakes. Therefore, we knead the dough to bake 10-15 pancakes.
Pour milk, water into a bowl, break eggs, add sour cream, sugar, a pinch of salt. So that the pancakes come off the pan well and do not burn, pour sunflower oil into the dough. Sift flour into another deep bowl. Now gradually add the liquid mixture to a bowl of flour and mix with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
Pancake cake with curd cream
Mix low-fat cottage cheese with condensed milk, add ground cinnamon, a pinch of salt and 0.5 teaspoon of vanilla sugar on the tip of a knife. We mix everything.
Add a little butter to a preheated pan and bake pancakes. We bake pancakes on one side and the other. When the required number of pancakes is ready, take a deep round baking dish. Lubricating each top layer of pancakes with curd cream, stack them on top of each other and place them in a mold.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the pancake cake pan for 10 minutes. Before serving, decorate the cake with fresh strawberries, cut in half, whole raspberries, mint leaves and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
Pancake cake with condensed milk and nuts
This pancake cake option is very simple and requires no baking. Remove the paper label from a can of condensed milk and cook the condensed milk over medium heat for about 1 hour. Then you need to cool the jar with condensed milk. Finely chop the nuts with a knife. Grease each pancake with boiled condensed milk, sprinkle with nuts on top. Before serving, grease the topmost pancake of the cake with boiled condensed milk, decorate with nuts and grated chocolate.
