You will need:

- 500 ml of milk;

- two eggs;

- 200 grams of flour;

- two tablespoons of oil;

- a tablespoon of sugar;

- a pinch of salt.

Take the eggs and milk out of the refrigerator one hour before preparing the dough to warm them up to room temperature. Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add salt and sugar to them and beat everything into a fluffy foam, pour over with milk, mix. Sift the flour two or three times through a metal sieve, then begin to beat the milk and egg mass and add flour little by little. As soon as the flour is over, and the dough acquires the consistency of liquid sour cream and has no lumps, turn off the mixer, add oil to the dough and mix it gently with a whisk.

Kefir pancake dough: recipe

You will need:

- 500 ml of fatty kefir (the fatter the kefir, the tastier the pancakes will turn out);

- two eggs;

- 200 grams of flour;

- 1/2 teaspoon of soda and salt;

- a tablespoon of sugar;

- 30 ml of vegetable oil.

Beat eggs in a bowl, add kefir to them, mix. Put the bowl on the stove and heat its contents to 40 degrees (in no case should you overheat the mass, otherwise it will curl), then remove the container from the heat, add salt and sugar to the pan and stir everything quickly. Sift the flour, mix it with soda and add it to the kefir-egg mixture. Beat everything so that there are no lumps in the dough, add butter, stir it and put the pan in a warm place for an hour, having previously covered it with a lid.

Delicious pancake dough on water: recipe

You will need:

- 500 ml of water;

- 300 grams of flour;

- two eggs;

- two tablespoons of oil;

- a pinch of salt;

- a tablespoon of sugar.

In a deep bowl, combine eggs with salt and sugar and beat until fluffy. Pour the resulting mass with warm water (30-40 degrees), stir everything, then begin to gradually introduce flour, trying to mix everything so that there are no lumps (it is best to use a mixer). Diet pancake dough is ready, you can start cooking delicious thin pancakes.

In this recipe, you need to strictly observe the proportions, since if, for example, you add more eggs, then the pancakes will turn out to be brittle, the flour - thick, water - will stick to the pan during cooking.
