Step 1
Take a small saucepan, pour milk into it, put on low heat. Heat the milk, and then beat the eggs into it, with constant stirring, gently add flour with baking powder and sugar. Beat this dough to dissolve the sugar, and then leave it alone for 10-15 minutes. Before frying, pour vegetable oil into the dough, about 50 ml.
Step 2
Heat the pan very well, pour the dough into the pan with a ladle, fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. The pancake cake turns out to be very tender if the pancakes are baked thin.
Step 3
This is a pancake cake with sour cream, so it's time to start making the cream. So, combine sour cream and cream cheese, mix, add powdered sugar, and then beat the mass. Divide the resulting cream base into two equal parts. Add berry jam to one part of the cream, mix, add vanillin to the other part of the pancake cake cream and mix too.
Step 4
To collect the sour cream pancake cake, lay the pancakes on top of each other, alternately smearing with creams and sprinkling with berries. Put the finished cake in a warm place for an hour. Cut the soaked pancake cake into pieces, place on plates and serve.
