Cake "Heart" can be prepared by anyone for Valentine's Day. It turns out a big cake, so you can invite a large company to the holiday. Be sure to let the cake soak to make it softer.

Step 1
Dough preparation. Mash eggs with sugar, add vanillin. Grind until smooth. Add sour cream, condensed milk, cocoa, baking powder and flour in stages. Stir thoroughly after adding each ingredient.

Knead a thin dough resembling thick sour cream in consistency. Grease the prepared baking dish with oil. Place half of the dough into the mold. Place in a preheated oven. Bake for half an hour. Make a few cakes. The amount will depend on the thickness of each cake.

Next, prepare the cream. Finely dice the apricots. Whip the cream with sugar (beat until thickened). Add mascarpone cheese, stir (not with a mixer). Add chopped apricots, stir.

Whether the cake is cooked or not can be checked with a fork. After the cake gets out, you need to let it cool. Cut the cooled cake into several pieces. Soak a little with apricot syrup. Instead of apricot, you can take cherry, strawberry, etc. Spread some of the resulting cream evenly over the entire cake. Cover with the remaining crust, soak a little with the syrup. Repeat the procedure until you have used all the cakes.
Step 5
Next, start decorating. Grease the sides of the cake with cream, sprinkle with grated almonds. Arrange the strawberries (you can use other red berries or fruits), pour over the pre-prepared cake jelly. You can decorate the cake with cream. Put the prepared cake in the refrigerator.
