Buckwheat with minced meat is a very simple and tasty dish. Cooking does not take much time, and the result will satisfy you and your loved ones.

- Buckwheat unground - glass.
- Minced meat - 200 g.
- Carrots - 1/2 medium carrot.
- Onions - 1/4 of a medium head.
- Water.
- Vegetable oil.

We sort out the buckwheat and rinse it thoroughly.

Grate the carrots on a coarse or medium grater (optional) and finely chop the onion.

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it up. As soon as the oil has warmed up, put the minced meat in a frying pan. Fry the minced meat over medium heat until tender (15-20 minutes). Once the minced meat is ready, add onions and carrots to it.
Step 4
As soon as the minced meat is ready, add onions and carrots, spices, salt to it. Fry until golden brown. Add a little water (about 100 ml.) Bring to a boil.
Step 5
Distribute the minced meat evenly over the bottom of the pan. We spread the buckwheat on top. We also distribute it throughout the pan.
Step 6
Pour water gently into the buckwheat. We try not to destroy the buckwheat layer. To do this, you can pour water onto a spoon so that the jet does not wash away the buckwheat. Water is needed about 1.5 cm above the level of buckwheat.
Step 7
Add salt, spices and cover. Cook until tender. If the water has evaporated, you can add a little.
