Buckwheat is rightfully considered the queen of cereals, because it contains a large amount of protein and trace elements necessary for life. But there is a boiled product - it's not fun at all. Therefore, housewives are looking for interesting recipes for dishes with cereals. Cook your homemade buckwheat with minced meat. This dish is very tasty and even inexperienced housewives can make it.
It is necessary
- - 1 glass of buckwheat;
- - 350 g minced meat (pork, beef and even chicken are suitable);
- - 1 pc. onions and fresh carrots;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste (fresh tomatoes are allowed);
- - 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
To cook delicious buckwheat with minced meat, you need to do cereals. Rinse the cereal, sort it out if necessary, grease the pan with vegetable (butter) oil and put the buckwheat there. Dry the product over medium heat for a couple of minutes.

Transfer the cereal to a convenient bowl and set aside for now.

Wash and peel the carrots, chop the vegetable in any convenient way.

Peel the onion and cut it as small as possible.

Place vegetables in a skillet flavored with vegetable oil. Saute the onions and carrots until golden brown.

When the vegetables are beautifully colored, add the minced meat to the skillet. Armed with a spatula, break up the meatballs.

Add tomato paste to the pan, stir in the minced meat. If you are using fresh tomatoes, they should be washed, peeled and cut into small pieces.

Fry the minced meat for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.

Put the buckwheat in the pan. Pour boiling water into the bowl so that the liquid covers the cereal, salt the dish.

Cook buckwheat with minced meat under the lid until the water evaporates. Then try the food. If the cereal is not yet ready, add some more boiling water to the pan and let the liquid evaporate.
