Instructions

Step 1

The onion is cut into cubes, the carrots should be grated on a coarse grater. First, pour a little vegetable oil into a hot pan, then add butter. Fry vegetables in a mixture of oils until the onions are soft. Leave the frying to cool.

Mix cooled onions and carrots with minced meat, salt, pepper and put in a prepared form. Smooth the minced meat in the form.
