Chocolate cake with condensed milk

Ingredients:

- 3 tbsp. flour;

- 4 chicken eggs;

- a pinch of salt;

- 3 tbsp. Sahara;

- 2 tbsp. kefir;

- 2 tsp soda;

- 1/2 tsp table vinegar;

- 3 tbsp. bitter cocoa powder;

- vegetable oil;

For the cream:

- 500 g of butter;

- 400 g of condensed milk;

For decoration:

- 40 g of chocolate;

- 40 g of walnuts.

Remove the butter from the refrigerator. Break the eggs into a deep container and rub well with a mixer or whisk with a pinch of salt and sugar until the bulk products are completely dissolved. Add a spoonful of soda quenched with vinegar to each glass of kefir, shake and pour into the egg mass. Add flour and cocoa powder, previously sifted through a fine sieve, in small portions. Knead the dough.

Preheat oven to 180oC. Cover with parchment and coat with vegetable oil, including the sides, on a round springform cake tin with a diameter of 24-26 cm. Pour a third of the chocolate dough into it and bake for 15-20 minutes. Make two more cakes in the same way and cool everything.

Whisk softened butter with condensed milk, gradually introducing it in a thin stream until smooth. Assemble the cake by liberally smearing each chocolate layer with milk butter cream. Sprinkle it with grated chocolate and chopped walnuts.

Pancake chocolate cake with condensed milk

Ingredients:

- 100 g of dark chocolate (1 bar);

- 500 ml of milk;

- 1 tbsp. cocoa powder;

- 2 chicken eggs;

- 1 tbsp. flour;

- 3 tbsp. icing sugar;

- 50 g butter;

- 60 ml of brandy;

- a pinch of salt;

For the cream:

- 250 g of 25% sour cream;

- 250 g of boiled condensed milk;

- 2 tbsp. Sahara.

Break the tiles into random pieces. Bring the milk to a near boil in a small saucepan or saucepan over medium heat, melt the chocolate wedges in it with constant stirring, and remove from the stove. Melt the butter in a water bath or microwave and pour into the chocolate milk. Cool everything a little, combine with eggs and cognac beaten with a pinch of salt. Sift flour, mix it with cocoa powder, powdered sugar and add to the liquid mixture.

Knead the dough and let it brew for a little while covering the dish with a towel. Bake the pancakes, preferably an even amount, and stack them. Whisk the sour cream and sugar thoroughly until fluffy. Put the pancake on a round dish, saturate it with white cream, on top - the second, spread it with boiled condensed milk. Continue until the pancakes run out. Decorate the top of the cake as you like.
