Condensed milk cake is easy to prepare, the cakes are baked very quickly, the only thing is that you have to tinker a little with the cream, but for good housewives this is not a problem. You can make any cream to your taste, but this recipe suggests using cocoa cream.
Basically, a cream for a cake is made from condensed milk, but in this recipe the opposite is true: the cakes are baked from a delicious milk treat, and they must be lubricated with cocoa cream. Moreover, the cakes are not even cooked in the oven, but in an ordinary frying pan, which makes the process very fast, and the preparation of the whole cake will take about 40 minutes.
It is necessary to suggest that if you are preparing this cake for a certain date, it is better to make it the night before, then it will infuse and be well saturated with cream during the night. This will improve its taste. But if you didn't have enough time to bake it in advance, it doesn't matter, three hours will be enough for him: while the guests are eating the main snacks, he will just be soaked in cream.
Ingredients
Products for the test:
- condensed milk, 1 can;
- egg, 1 pc.;
- soda slaked with vinegar, 1 tsp;
- flour, 3 glasses.
Cream products:
- milk, 750 ml;
- egg, 2 pcs.;
- sugar, 300 grams;
- vanilla, 1 sachet;
- flour, 4 tbsp. spoons;
- butter, 200 grams;
- cocoa, 2 tbsp. spoons.
Recipe
Pour a can of condensed milk into a deep cup, add an egg to it and stir well, preferably with a whisk. Then add the slaked soda and gradually add the flour, stirring constantly. You should have a smooth, soft and elastic dough.
Divide the resulting dough into eight equal pieces and roll each into a round tortilla, slightly smaller in diameter than the pan you will use for baking. Bake each pancake on both sides.
The cakes are very quick to bake, so be sure to turn them over.
The finished cakes must be carefully trimmed. To do this, take any round plate of a suitable size and, attaching it, cut off all excess edges.
Do not throw out the trimmings, they will be needed to decorate the cake.
Start making the cream. Pour milk into a large saucepan and add sugar, flour, cocoa, egg and vanilla. Beat everything with a whisk and put on fire. Boil the cream until thick, stirring constantly, then add butter at the very end. Then mix everything again, close the lid and let it brew for at least 5 minutes.
For sprinkling, take the remnants of the cakes and chop them thoroughly. If they are damp, you can dry them in the microwave. It is better to lubricate all the cakes with warm cream. Take the crushed crumbs and sprinkle the top and sides of the dessert. After that, a delicious and original cake made from condensed milk should be infused and soaked in cream for about 12 hours.
