Separately, cut into rings a few large onions, pour into a bowl and drizzle a little with vinegar or lemon juice. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater. Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into thin slices.

Grease a baking sheet with oil and put pieces of potatoes on it, add a little salt and pepper, put pork on top. You can spread it very close to each other, or you can spread it at a short distance so that the portions turn out to be small.

Put chopped onion rings on top of the meat (mushrooms and tomato circles can be added if desired). Then grease everything with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
