- - 2 eggs

- - 200 g minced meat
- - 3 pcs. boiled eggs
- - 2 pcs. raw eggs
- - 100 g processed cheese
- - 2 tomatoes
- - salt, spices to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the butter into chunks. It is desirable that the oil is at room temperature, then it will be easier for you to work with it. Sift the flour through a sieve to oxygenate it and remove unwanted lumps, and add salt and butter to it.
Step 2
Rub the butter into the flour, gradually adding the curd. Add eggs to dough and knead. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. After taking out the dough, roll it out, separating ¼ part, cover the mold greased with vegetable oil with the resulting dough. Press the dough against the sides.
Step 3
Separate the yolks from the whites and add to the minced meat along with the boiled eggs. Put the squirrels in the refrigerator, as they are still useful. Sprinkle the minced meat with the spices of your choice. This can be a seasoning for minced meat, dried basil, or Provencal herbs. Stir the filling thoroughly and place in a mold.
Step 4
Place chopped tomatoes on top of the filling. Place a layer of cheese on top of the tomatoes. Whisk the cooled egg whites together with the salt into a froth and pour over the filling. Roll out the remaining dough and cut into slices. Place the plates on top of the cake.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Put pie in it. Let it bake for about 45 minutes. Try to check that the cake is cooked from time to time, as the power of the ovens is different.
