Instructions
Step 1
Adjarian eggplants.
Wash the eggplants and cut into slices no more than 1 cm thick. Sprinkle them with salt and put them in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. After that, rinse and dry the eggplants. Wash, peel and chop the garlic and onion. Prepare a special baking dish, grease it with sunflower oil in advance, and lay out in layers: chopped onions, garlic, eggplants, sliced tomatoes, olives and all kinds of spices. Finally, add dry wine, cover the dish with a lid and simmer in the airfryer for 20-30 minutes at 220 degrees. This dish can serve as a main dish or as a side dish.
Step 2
Airfryer potatoes.
Rinse, peel and dry the potatoes. Cut each tuber lengthwise, but not completely, into 4-6 parts. In a large bowl, combine potatoes with vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper. It should be baked in the airfryer on the lower rack for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees. This dish will be an excellent side dish for fish or meat.
Step 3
Vegetables stewed in the airfryer.
Wash, peel and dry the vegetables. Chop the cabbage into strips. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Chop the onion or cut into half rings.
