It is necessary

  • Serves 4:
  • - 500 g chicken fillet;
  • - 1 tablespoon of dessert wine;
  • - 1 teaspoon of sugar;
  • - 2 teaspoons of starch;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 3 tablespoons of soy sauce;
  • - 1 carrot;
  • - 50 g fresh or frozen mushrooms;
  • - 3 tablespoons of cauliflower inflorescences;
  • - 3 tablespoons of broccoli;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel and grate the carrots. Peel and chop the garlic as well. Boil mushrooms (champignons, oyster mushrooms, honey mushrooms, porcini and so on) and cut into small pieces.

Step 2

Combine and mix all prepared vegetables and mushrooms. Add sugar, wine, soy sauce, cauliflower and broccoli to the mixture. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Step 3

Cut the chicken fillet into portions. Dip each in starch and place in the prepared mixture. Put everything in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Step 4

After the meat is well marinated, proceed directly to cooking it in the airfryer. Cook each portion separately. Tear off a piece of foil. Place vegetables in the middle, and a piece of pickled fillet on this wonderful vegetable pillow. Wrap the foil so that the juice does not flow out.

Step 5

Place the meat wrapped in foil on the low rack of the Airfryer and roast at high speed at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
