You can cook a wide variety of dishes in it, be it casseroles, baked vegetables, a variety of pastries or kebabs. Try smoking chicken in the airfryer, you will be surprised at the result.

- - 1 chicken carcass;
- - salt;
- - alder shavings;
- - foil;
- - airfryer.
Instructions
Step 1
To smoke chicken in an airfryer, you do not need any complicated devices. It is enough to make alder shavings, thanks to which the chicken will acquire an extraordinary aroma and taste.
Step 2
Rinse the chicken carcass and rub with salt inside and out. Place in a plastic bag and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. You can do this at night, and start smoking chicken in the morning, or do these manipulations in the morning (you only need 5 minutes for everything), and start cooking after a working day.
Step 3
Place a piece of foil on the low grate of the Airfryer and place the chicken on it. Place the wood shavings on a high wire rack.
Step 4
Set the airfryer to a high speed and a temperature of 250 degrees. Roast the chicken for ten minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 160-150 degrees and bake for another 40 minutes. Smoked chicken is ready, if its skin acquires a beautiful chocolate hue, if it is still yellowish, put it for another 10-15 minutes. The dish can be served hot or cold.
