- - 4 chicken breasts (125-150 g each);
- - 4 slices of pineapple;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - 200 g of mayonnaise;

Instructions
Step 1
Wrap each piece of breast with cling film and beat. grease on both sides with mayonnaise. Peel the garlic and pass through a press or grate on a fine grater. Lubricate the chicken with it.
Step 2
Cut pineapple into small cubes. Place it on each piece of prepared fillet and roll into rolls. Secure them with wooden toothpicks or rubber bands.
Step 3
Grind the walnut kernels into small crumbs. Dip the pineapple-filled chicken rolls in them.
Step 4
Place the rolls on the lower rack of the airfryer and bake for 20 minutes at high speed and maximum temperature. Then set the temperature to 170 degrees and bake the dish for another 20 minutes.
