Meat rolls can serve not only as an appetizer, but also as a main course, if you add a suitable side dish to it.
It is necessary
- - 700 g beef fillet;
- - 200 g of champignons;
- - 1 large onion;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 2 tablespoons of soy sauce;
- - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - ground white pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and chop the garlic. Combine the soy sauce with the garlic. Cut the meat into portions about 1 cm thick. Beat them lightly and season with white pepper to taste. Spread each piece with the prepared garlic mass.
Step 2
Finely chop the champignons, chop the onion into small pieces. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the onions and mushrooms in it. Spread the mushroom mixture over the prepared beef chunks. Roll the meat into a roll and tie with a thread.
Step 3
Place the rolls on the high wire rack of your Airfryer. Bake at 250 degrees and high speed for 20 minutes.
