Tan is a fermented milk drink prepared on the basis of yogurt and mineral water. It is distinguished by a mass of useful properties, contains many substances necessary for the body and at the same time perfectly quenches thirst. And tan can also be used as a base for making okroshka.
It is necessary
- - 1 liter of tan;
- - 700 ml of water;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- - 2 potatoes;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 5 pieces. radish;
- - 2 fresh cucumbers;
- - 250 g boiled or boiled meat;
- - dill and green onions;
- - salt and citric acid to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the potatoes until tender, and the eggs hard-boiled. Cut all the ingredients into small cubes and put in a saucepan, add chopped herbs and salt a little. Mix everything with sour cream.
Step 2
Pour the pre-chilled tan into a saucepan and dilute with the required amount of cool boiled water. Add salt and citric acid to taste.
Step 3
Mix everything thoroughly and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes so that okroshka is well cooled and infused. Then serve with brown bread.
