Beat two yolks in a bowl until whiteness, add half of the cane sugar (75 grams) and continue beating for another 3 minutes. We fall asleep the second half of the sugar to the yolks, add 100 grams of sour cream and butter, mix well, you should get a homogeneous mass.

Mix the flour with baking powder, sift it into a cup, and then pour it into a bowl with a liquid mass. Knead the dough, which does not stick to your hands, and put it in a cold place for 20-30 minutes.

Draw stars of different sizes on thick paper. We cut out the blanks. Desirable, 5-7 stars - templates, different in size, one smaller than the other.

Set the temperature on the oven at 200 degrees, leave it to warm up.

Roll out the dough into a layer, about 7 mm thick. We cut out stars according to pre-prepared templates, the more stars, the more beautiful the Christmas tree will be.
Bake the star cakes for 10 minutes.

While the cakes are baking, prepare the cream.
Combine white chocolate and cream, put in a water bath, melt. Grind the coconut in a blender, mix with powdered sugar and a teaspoon of starch.

Mix the cooled liquid mass of chocolate and cream with the dry mass.
Lubricate the cakes with cream, leave to dry.

We lay out the stars one on top of the other, shift them slightly along the axis.
To make the tree turn green, add chopped pistachios to the cream.
