    • 500 g of meat;
    • 1 onion;
    • 1 carrot;
    • 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
    • 200 g cream;
    • 3 tablespoons sour cream;
    • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
    • salt and pepper to taste;
    • Bay leaf;
    • green onions.

Instructions

Step 1

Sort out the buckwheat, sifting out black grains and rubbish. Then rinse it under running water several times. Take a saucepan, put the washed buckwheat in it and pour water. In order for buckwheat to turn out crumbly, it is important to observe the following proportions - two parts of water are taken for one part of the cereal. Put a pot of buckwheat on the fire. When the water boils, add salt, bay leaf and stir. After boiling, cook buckwheat over low heat until cooked. All the water should evaporate. Add a piece of butter to the finished buckwheat and mix. Cover the pot with a lid, wrap with a towel and leave to rebuke.

Step 2

Peel the onion and chop with a knife or blender. Rinse the carrots under water, peel and cut into semicircles.

Step 3

Rinse the meat (pork or beef) under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the meat into small pieces. Take a deep skillet with a thick bottom or a cauldron. Pour 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil on the bottom and put on high heat. Put pieces of meat in hot oil and fry over high heat for 10 minutes. Add chopped onions and carrots, salt and black pepper. Stir. Continue frying meat and vegetables over high heat for 7-10 minutes, then cover the pan or cauldron with a lid and reduce heat. Cook the meat for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 4

Prepare the meat sauce. In a deep cup, combine the cream, 3 tablespoons of sour cream and 1 tablespoon of tomato paste. Add ground black pepper. Add the prepared sauce to the meat, mix thoroughly and simmer under the lid for 10 minutes. The meat is ready.

Step 5

Put buckwheat in portioned plates. Top with the meat in the creamy tomato sauce. Sprinkle finely chopped green onions over the dish. Bon Appetit.
