  • - 70 g of butter;
  • - 100 g flour;

Instructions

Step 1

Put a pack of cottage cheese in a deep plate and add eggs. Knead the curd well with a fork until smooth. You can grind the cottage cheese and eggs with a hand blender.

Pour 2 tablespoons of sugar into the cottage cheese with eggs and mix well.

Put butter on a countertop or a large cutting board, sprinkle it with flour and chop it thoroughly with a knife until fine crumbs. When grinding, the volume of the oil increases significantly. Therefore, if you get too much creamy crumb, you can freeze it another time.
