Caesar salad can be diversified, made more refined and more satisfying if cooked with shrimp and rucola.
It is necessary
- Shrimp - 0.5 kg
- Rucola - 2 bundles
- Bread - 150 g
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Soy sauce - 2 tsp
- Olive oil - 0.3-0.5 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1-1, 5 tablespoons
- Cherry tomatoes - 6 pcs.
- Parmesan - 100 g

Step 1
We start cooking salad by making crackers:
-To do this, take bread, cut into small cubes and dry them in a pan greased with olive oil and a clove of garlic in advance.
Step 2
Cooking the sauce:
- Whisk the mayonnaise and olive oil. Add a lemon, two cloves of chopped garlic there and mix everything well until smooth.
Step 3
Cooking shrimp:
- Wash and dry raw shrimps. Pour the soy sauce into the pan and fry the shrimps on it for 7-10 minutes, stirring with a spoon. Then let them cool down and clean.
Step 4
Wash arugula in cool water, dry it and send it to a deep dish. Add half of our sauce, shrimp there and mix thoroughly. Then, put everything on a plate, lay out crackers and tomato slices on top. Place the remaining sauce in a pastry bag and decorate the salad, rub Parmesan or any other hard cheese on top.
