Caesar salad, consisting of garlic, lettuce leaves, eggs and olive oil, appeared in the 1920s, when one of the owners of a small restaurant in America needed to quickly and tastefully feed his guests. According to the story, he took everything he found in his refrigerator, mixed it, sprinkled it with scented olive oil and served it to the guests. Since then, the salad recipe has undergone significant changes, and now you can find white chicken meat, shrimp or lightly salted salmon in its composition.

- - 250 g green salad (iceberg, romano, frisse)
- - 250 g peeled tiger prawns
- - 2 slices of white bread
- - 10 cherry tomatoes
- - olive oil
- - 50 g grated parmesan
- - 3 tbsp. sour cream
- - salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and dry well with the salad mix colander. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut into equal parts. Boil the peeled shrimp in salted water for 1 minute after boiling.
Step 2
Drain and send the shrimps to a frying pan heated with olive oil and fry on all sides until golden brown, sprinkle them with salt, pepper and paprika. Dry the croutons; for this, cut the slices of bread into 1, 5 by 1, 5 cm pieces and fry them in a dry frying pan.
Step 3
Place a pillow of mixed salad in a plate, and put the fried shrimp on top of it. Arrange the cherry halves around the edges of the plate, lay out the croutons, sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
Step 4
Pour over the salad with a special dressing made from sour cream, olive oil, a few drops of soy sauce and lemon juice, pepper, salt, chopped garlic.
