Seafood salads are very popular. The salad with shrimps, tomatoes, garlic and cheese turns out to be very tasty. Preparing is elementary, but it can even decorate a festive table.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 250 g shrimp;
- - 100 g of cheese;
- - 2 tomatoes;
- - 4 cloves of garlic;
- - salt, pepper, herbs, mayonnaise.

Step 1
Preparation will take you only 10 minutes, preparation - also 10 minutes. In 20 minutes you get a very hearty and tasty salad. Pre-boil the shrimp, if you have already cooked frozen shrimp, then just put them in water, bring to a boil and discard in a colander. After boiling, raw shrimps will need to be boiled for a couple of minutes.
Step 2
Rinse fresh tomatoes and cut into cubes. For this salad, it is better to take fleshy tomatoes, watery ones will not work here - the salad is dressed with mayonnaise, because of the abundance of juice from the tomatoes, it will simply flow, it will be inconvenient to eat it. If, nevertheless, you have rather watery tomatoes, then first cut them, then put them on paper napkins so that excess juice from them flows out and does not end up in the salad.
Step 3
Rub a piece of hard cheese on a coarse grater. If desired, cut into small cubes.
Step 4
All salad ingredients are prepared. Now mix the shrimp (cool and peel them beforehand) with cheese, tomatoes and garlic. Chop any fresh herbs (parsley, dill, green onions or even lettuce leaves) smaller, send them to the salad. Salt to taste, you can add some ground pepper. Season the shrimp and tomato salad with mayonnaise, stir. You can serve it on the table.
