One of the best combinations in pasta is seafood and tomatoes. The taste is spicy, and the dish itself is very satisfying and healthy.
It is necessary
- - shrimps (peeled and without tails) 200 g;
- - olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - fettuccine paste 200 g;
- - parsley;
- - butter 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - 1/4 teaspoon salt;
- - canned or fresh tomatoes 400 g;
- - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes;
- - ground black pepper;
- - 4 garlic cloves.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil a large pot of water and cook the pasta for 7-10 minutes.
Step 2
While the pasta is cooking, cook the shrimp: melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and heat the olive. Add the crushed garlic and cook for 1 minute, until flavorful. Add the peeled, washed shrimp immediately afterwards. Continue cooking for 3-5 minutes, until the shrimp are reddish. But not to full readiness. Move them to another dish and set aside for now.
Step 3
In the same pan, place canned or fresh tomatoes, pre-cut into pieces, add salt, red and black pepper and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
When the sauce thickens a little, add the pasta (after rinsing it under running water) and stir, and then add the shrimp and stir again. Season with salt to taste. Chop the herbs finely and sprinkle on the pasta.
