It is necessary

  • - baking sheet;
  • - blender;
  • - parchment;
  • - salmon fillet 400 g;
  • - puff pastry 500 g;
  • - can of canned tuna 1 pc.;
  • - a can of canned pitted olives 1 pc.;
  • - chicken egg 1 pc.;
  • - tomato 2 pcs.;
  • - a bunch of fresh basil 1 pc.;
  • - Mozzarella cheese 150 g;
  • - olive oil 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • - salt;
  • - ground black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the tomato and cut into slices. Rinse the salmon fillet with water, pat dry with a towel and separate the skin.

Step 2

Cooking for pasta. Drain the canned food cans and place the contents in a blender. Add 3 tablespoons olive oil and beat until smooth. Do not grind for too long, as long as the resulting paste can be spread.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough so that it completely covers the baking sheet. Place the dough on the parchment and transfer to a baking sheet. Brush the dough with a little olive oil. Place the salmon in the center of the baking sheet, with the skin facing down. Brush with the resulting olive and tuna paste.

Step 4

Spread the basil greens evenly over the filling. Garnish everything with tomatoes and mozzarella, which is best cut into medium pieces with your hands. Season the filling with salt, pepper and olive oil.

Step 5

Roll the edges of the dough so that it overhangs slightly over the filling. Brush the dough with a lightly beaten egg. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Bon Appetit!
