Pies are different, but each one is tasty and aromatic in its own way. Many hostesses keep their original pie recipe in the cookbook, some with jam, others with meat. Complete your cookbook with yet another simple recipe for a delicious and flavorful salmon and tender cheese pie.
It is necessary
- Flour - 150 grams,
- salmon - 150 grams,
- milk - 120 grams,
- cheese - 100 grams,
- butter - 50 grams,
- vegetable oil - 50 grams,
- three eggs,
- 4 tablespoons chopped dill
- two teaspoons of baking powder
- three pinches of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
You can use raw fish for the filling, but I decided to boil the salmon, so the pie will be less fatty. I quickly made a light soup with fish broth.
In a bowl, mix flour with chopped dill, grated cheese and chopped salmon, mix. Add milk, 50 grams of soft butter, 50 grams of vegetable oil, three pinches of salt and mix well. Add eggs with baking powder, mix. You should get a dough of medium thickness.
Step 2
Grease the mold with oil and pour the dough into it. If you bake in a silicone mold, you don't need to grease it. It is quite possible to bake the cake in small portioned tins.
Step 3
We put the form with the dough in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about an hour. If you choose to bake the pie in small tins, bake it for 30 minutes.
Step 4
We take out the finished cake from the oven and leave to cool. Cut the cooled pie into portions and serve. The pie can be served hot, but cooled down tastes better.
