Spinach Cheese Pie is a great snack on the road or outdoors. Delicious not only hot, but also cold.

- - 350 grams of puff pastry,
- - 150 grams of spinach,
- - 2 eggs,
- - salt to taste,
- - 50 grams of sour cream,
- - 50 grams of smoked cheese,
- - ground black pepper to taste,
- - 50 grams of hard cheese.
Instructions
Step 1
Take apart the bunches of spinach and cut the stems off the leaves. Rinse the leaves. For a pie, it is better to use two bunches of spinach, after heat treatment it will lose mass.
Step 2
Cut the washed spinach into wide ribbons and place in a bowl.
Step 3
Spread 350 grams of the defrosted puff on the table and cut out a circle that is 4 cm larger than the baking dish. Place the circle of dough in the baking dish so that the edges go over the sides. If you wish, cut a curly edging on the sides of the dough.
Step 4
Whisk eggs, salt and black pepper in a deep bowl. Add 50 grams of sour cream (fat content to taste) and smoked cheese, cut into small pieces. Smoked cheese can be replaced with any processed cheese (freeze in advance and then grate coarsely). Stir well.
Step 5
Add prepared spinach to the egg and sour cream mixture and stir. Season with your favorite spices, if desired. Transfer the resulting mass to the form on the dough.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the pie 25 minutes until golden brown. When baking, the dough may rise, if it has risen, then pierce it with a fork or toothpick.
Step 7
After 25 minutes, sprinkle with grated hard cheese (type of cheese to taste), bake for another three minutes. Cool the finished pie and serve in portions.
