Dough melting in your mouth with delicious cheese filling - this snack cake is worthy to take a place on the festive table. Unusual, exquisite, tasty and very fast.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 300 grams of wheat flour,
- - 150 grams of margarine,
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of kefir,
- - half a teaspoon of baking powder,
- - 1 pinch of salt.
- For filling:
- - 1-2 pinches of salt (to taste),
- - 1 large onion,
- - 200 grams of processed cheese,
- - 3 eggs,
- - a bunch of greens,
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable or sunflower oil.
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine 300 grams of flour (preferably sifted), 1 pinch of salt and half a teaspoon of baking powder. Add 150 grams of margarine to the dry mixture. If the margarine is frozen, grate it. If the margarine is soft, mash it with a fork or hands until crumbly. Add kefir and knead the dough.
Step 2
Roll the dough into a ball, cover with a bag or film and refrigerate while the filling is cooking.
Step 3
Cut the peeled onion into half rings. Fry the onions over low heat in vegetable or sunflower oil (10 minutes).
Step 4
Rinse greens (dill or parsley), dry, chop.
Step 5
Mix the fried onions with melted cheese, which should be cooled and grated beforehand. Add chopped herbs to the cheese and onion mass, mix. Add the egg, salt and stir.
Step 6
Place the dough in a mold (do not grease) and smooth over the bottom. Make two centimeter sides high.
Step 7
Place the prepared filling on the dough.
Step 8
Cover the filling with the dough sides (form a rim).
Step 9
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cake for 40 minutes.
Step 10
Free the finished cake from the mold and transfer to a dish. Leave aside until it cools completely. Serve the pie in portions.
