If you suddenly have guests or you just want to please your loved ones with delicious homemade pastries that fill the whole house with their inviting aroma, you should definitely try this simple chocolate cake to make.

It is necessary

  • For making cakes:
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g chocolate
  • 100 g Sahara
  • 50 gr. butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp soda
  • To make cream and decorate a chocolate cake:
  • 1 can of nutella or other chocolate paste
  • 50 gr. white or dark chocolate
  • 70 gr. walnuts

Instructions

Step 1

Mix the chocolate with butter and melt in the microwave until the chocolate turns into a soft mass, and add 1 tablespoon of chocolate paste.

Step 2

Beat eggs with sugar until smooth.

Step 3

Gradually add flour and soda to the eggs with sugar, whisking constantly to get a fluffy homogeneous mass.

Step 4

When the chocolate mass cools down a little, pour it into our dough, making it chocolate.

Step 5

We take a small cake pan and grease it with butter.

Step 6

We fill the form with dough up to half, taking into account that the dough will rise.

Step 7

In an oven preheated to 175 degrees, place the mold with the dough and bake for 50-60 minutes. At first, the dough will actively rise, and then it will stop. Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden stick. If it is dry, then the cake is ready. You can bake the cakes at the same time in different forms of the same diameter, or you can bake one in turn.

Step 8

When the crust is ready, remove it from the mold onto a wire rack or any flat surface. Pour more dough into the molds and also bake in the oven until tender.

Let the cakes cool slightly and start preparing the filling and assembling the cake.

Grind the walnuts in a blender or with an ordinary knife.

You can melt the chocolate mass a little and add walnuts to it.

If the cakes are thick, it is better to cut them.

Cooking syrup for soaking the cakes. You can just stir 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar in 50 gr. warm water, or you can add jam, honey or any sweet syrup to the water.

Gently saturate each cake with the resulting syrup and grease liberally with chocolate paste with walnuts.

Step 15

Put the cake one on top of the other and grease the top cake with chocolate paste and sprinkle with walnuts. To decorate, sprinkle the cake with grated white and dark chocolate.
