Step 1

Usually cake cream is made when the cakes are baked. This recipe is a little different, that is, you first need to prepare the cream. To do this, combine chopped chocolate and cream in one saucepan. Place on stove and heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Place this mass in the refrigerator overnight. Whisk it thoroughly the next morning, then mix with condensed milk.

Break the chicken eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Put the second in a separate bowl and mix with granulated sugar. Beat the resulting mixture until white. In other words, until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Divide the chocolate into small pieces and combine with butter. Place in a saucepan and heat to melt. Cool the mass, then add it to the sugar and egg mixture. Add soda and lemon juice there, as well as cocoa powder, flour, vanilla and starch. Mix everything thoroughly.
