  • Honey - 2 tablespoons

  • Lemon juice or citric acid with water - 1 tsp
  • For the cream:
  • Sour cream - 500 g
  • Sugar - 1/2 tbsp.
  • Vanillin - 1 tsp

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, cover the sieve with gauze and put the sour cream on it. Place the strainer in a saucepan for two hours or overnight to allow excess liquid to drain.

Step 2

Prepare the cake dough. Melt butter in a water bath, mix with sugar. Then add one glass of flour and quenched baking soda. Stir and remove the mixture from the stove.

Step 3

Wait for the dough mixture to cool slightly. Add the remaining flour and two tablespoons of honey to it and knead the dough. It will be soft, warm and oily.

Step 4

Divide the resulting mass into 5 parts. Roll them into balls, wrap them separately in a bag and put them in the refrigerator for half an hour.

After this time, prepare 6 pieces of baking paper for baking. Roll the dough balls into tortillas one by one. Cut a round crust out of each tortilla with something (like a saucepan lid). Place the cakes on the paper.
