It is necessary

    • fillet of any fish;
    • some flour;
    • carrots 3 pcs;
    • onions 3 pcs;
    • tomato paste 50 g;
    • refined vegetable oil;
    • carnation 4 inflorescences;
    • vinegar 9% 1 tbsp. l;
    • bay leaf 2 pcs;
    • black peppercorns;
    • sugar
    • salt to taste
    • glass of water;
    • greens.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a fish fillet and rinse it well under running water. Place it on a cutting board and cut into medium-sized pieces. Take a wide dish and mix the flour and salt in it.

Step 2

Pour oil into a frying pan and put on high heat. If there is enough oil, when frying, the fish will form a beautiful crust, and inside it will retain all its tenderness and juiciness.

Step 3

Dip fish pieces in cooked flour one by one and place in a skillet with boiling oil. Do this carefully so as not to burn yourself from the hot spray. The fish will be ready quickly, so turn it over quickly and place it on a prepared paper towel to absorb the excess oil.

Step 4

Peel and wash the onions and carrots. Cut the carrots into thin strips or grate into a coarse grater, and the onion into half rings. Place them in a preheated skillet with butter. Fry, stirring constantly. After 5 minutes, add tomato paste, bay leaf, pepper, cloves to the vegetables. Mix everything, cover and leave for another 7-10 minutes.

Step 5

After that, pour in a glass of water, add salt and sugar, vinegar. Simmer for another 5-6 minutes. The marinade is ready.

Step 6

Pour a fried beautiful dish with cooled marinade and refrigerate for several hours.
