To prepare the cream, you will need the following ingredients:

- condensed milk - 1 can;

- vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;

- butter (can be used with low fat content) - 200 g.

First you need to take the oil and leave it at room temperature for 1-2 hours. During this time, it will have time to soften. Then take the bananas and peel them. Cut the fruit into thin slices. Place the butter and bananas in a blender, and then beat the mixture for 5-7 minutes.

Open a can of condensed milk and pour over the main ingredients. Add a bag of vanilla sugar there and stir with a spoon. Then turn on the blender on medium speed and continue beating the mass until smooth. When the cream is ready, you can immediately grease the biscuit cakes with it. At the same time, it is recommended to fill the middle of the cake with a large portion of cream so that later the dessert does not turn out to be dry.

Sour cream banana cream

This cream needs the following products:

- banana - 2 pcs.;

- icing sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;

- vanillin - 1 sachet;

- sour cream - 200 g.

Take sour cream and add powdered sugar to it. Begin to beat the ingredients with a mixer for 5 minutes. Take bananas, peel them and cut them into small pieces. Take a separate bowl and pour the chilled cream into it. Begin to beat them with a mixer. Add the icing sugar after 5 minutes. Then continue whipping the cream until thick. Then add the banana puree to them, using a spoon, gently mix the ingredients. When the mixture is smooth, you can use it to create a cake.
