And for me, the taste of a holiday since childhood is a biscuit-cream roll, decorated with pink and green cream roses, which my mother bought before the holidays. Now I bake it myself, but for me there is still nothing tastier than this roll cake.

  • - starch - 30 g,
  • - sugar -120 g,
  • - egg - 5 pcs.
  • For the cream:
  • - butter - 350 g,
  • - condensed milk - 200 g,
  • - sugar -100 g,
  • - vanillin to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Beat eggs in a mixer. When the foam begins to form, we begin to add sugar to it in a thin stream. The volume of the mixture should increase 2-3 times.

Gently add flour mixed with starch to it. Pour the resulting dough onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and place in an oven preheated to 200 ° for 20 minutes. After slightly cooling, roll the finished cake together with paper, but so far without cream, into a roll.

Step 2

I use a simple cream - from butter and condensed milk. Thoroughly grind the softened butter with sugar and condensed milk, adding a little vanillin for the smell.

Step 3

Now carefully roll out the biscuit, separating it from the parchment paper, grease it liberally with cream and roll it up again. Put the rest of the cream on top. You can use food coloring to make the roses pink and green.
