Step 1

Making biscuit dough is a snap. First you need to separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the whites thoroughly until a thick foam appears, beat the yolks with sugar separately.

After that, you need to carefully mix both masses so that the lush foam does not settle. Sift the flour so that there are no lumps and mix with baking powder. You can replace it with regular starch. Pour flour into the resulting mass in a thin stream, stirring thoroughly.

Cover the baking sheet with paper and grease it with oil. Pour the dough and place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C. It is advisable not to open it for the first 15 minutes while the dough is baking, then you can taste the readiness with a knife.

Wrap the finished dough in a roll until it has cooled down. In the meantime, prepare the cream. To do this, beat the butter at room temperature with a mixer, gradually adding condensed milk to it. Grease the cooled biscuit with cream and sprinkle with blueberries or chopped strawberries. You can replace the fruit with your favorite jam.
