A cake made from biscuit rolls is very quick to prepare, does not require a lot of costs, but it turns out to be tender and tasty. Fresh fruits and berries will add fruity freshness and aroma to the dessert.
It is necessary
- - berries of strawberry, peach or apricot 500 g;
- - ready-made biscuit roll with fruit filling 2-3 pieces;
- - 2 tbsp cream;
- - powdered sugar 1 tbsp.;
- - milk 2/3 tbsp.;
- - gelatin 1, 5 tbsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the rolls into 1 centimeter thick slices. Cover the round shape with cling film so that its ends hang out. Line the bottom and sides of the cake with rolls, fruit or berries.
Step 2
Dissolve the gelatin: fill it with milk, leave for 30 minutes, then heat in a water bath until completely dissolved.
Step 3
Whip the cream with powdered sugar until the consistency of butter. Add a little of this mass to the gelatinous mixture and mix. Then combine both masses and add fruit.
Step 4
Pour everything on top of the biscuit circles, spreading evenly over the surface, then put a few circles on top. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Remove the cake from the refrigerator, gently flip it onto a serving platter and remove the cling film.
