Tiramisu is an Italian multi-layered dessert that has remarkable properties - simplicity of execution and amazing taste. Orange tiramisu is one of the many variations on the theme of the main idea - a fragrant biscuit with cream of mascarpone cheese.
It is necessary
- For eight servings:
- - 25 pcs. biscuit cookies;
- - 1 glass of orange juice;
- - 450 g mascarpone cheese;
- - 1/4 cup powdered sugar;
- - 2 eggs;
- - zest of 1 orange;
- - grated chocolate with orange flavor.
Instructions
Step 1
Place the biscuits on the bottom of a baking dish. Pour orange juice over the top. For a special flavor, drizzle with a little orange liqueur. Leave to soak for a while.
Step 2
Separate the yolks from the proteins. Beat the egg yolks with powdered sugar with a wooden spoon. Add mascarpone cheese, beat until smooth. The mass should be smooth.
Step 3
Beat the egg whites with a mixer until fluffy peaks. Mix with cheese, add finely grated orange zest.
Step 4
Put the resulting cream on a biscuit in a mold, smooth the surface.
Step 5
Cover the uniform with something, refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Step 6
Sprinkle the orange tiramisu with grated chocolate before serving. If there is no chocolate, you can use cocoa powder.
