This is a very tasty and practical dish. Not all of us love liver, but these liver-filled pancakes are sure to please any fussy. The practicality of this dish is that it can be frozen and then reheated in the microwave.
It is necessary

- - 0.5 liters of milk;

- - 3 eggs.
- For filling:
- - chicken liver 300 g;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 30 g butter;
- - 2 onion heads;
- - sunflower oil 3 tablespoons;
- - salt;
- - black pepper.

Step 1
We begin to prepare the dish with the filling. To do this, take onions and carrots and chop them finely. Wash the liver, separate the film and cut into small cubes.
Step 2
Fry carrots and onions in a pan with vegetable oil. We take out the ready-made vegetables from the pan and fry the liver in the same oil. Salt and pepper.

Pass the finished liver and vegetables through a meat grinder, add butter and set to cool.

To prepare the dough, mix sugar, eggs, salt and flour. Knead the dough until smooth. Slowly introduce milk and stir so that no lumps form.
Step 5
From the finished dough, bake pancakes in a preheated pan greased with vegetable oil. Use a cooking brush to process the pan. You should have about 10 pancakes.
Step 6
Put the cooled filling on a pancake and carefully wrap it with an envelope. These crepes can be served hot or cold.
