Shrimp salad

  • 300 g of selected shrimps;
  • 2 fresh cucumbers;
  • 60 ml soy sauce;
  • 60 ml sesame sauce;
  • 25 ml sesame oil;
  • 1 tsp 9% vinegar;
  • 50 g parsley;
  • 50 g red salad;
  • 50 g arugula;
  • 3 bay leaves,
  • salt to taste.

Cook the shrimp in boiling water with three bay leaves and salt. We take out the seafood from the water and wait until it cools down, clean it from the shell and put it in a salad.

Cut the cucumbers into thin strips (if the peel is too hard, it should be peeled), then chop the parsley, lightly chop the arugula, red salad and mix everything well.

For dressing, mix soy and sesame sauce with sesame oil, add vinegar. Pour the salad with the resulting dressing, mix and let it brew for 15-20 minutes. You can also add an avocado with which shrimp also goes well.

Avocado boats

  • 2 avocados;
  • 100 g peeled shrimp;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 150 g of hard cheese;
  • parsley, mayonnaise, mustard.

Cut the avocado, remove the seeds. Remove the pulp with a spoon and cut into small cubes. Dice the hard cheese and 1/2 of the pulp and lemon. Chop the greens. Move all ingredients. Drizzle over the remaining lemon half. Put the salad in the avocado halves and garnish with shrimps. Top with 1/2 teaspoon of mustard and mayonnaise.
