There are many salad recipes that do not take a lot of time to prepare and consist of simple products. For example, a snack with chicken and mushrooms. This dish is suitable for both everyday and festive tables.

It is necessary

    • chicken breast 1 pc.;
    • fresh champignons 200-300 g;
    • onions 1 pc.;
    • eggs 4 pcs.;
    • carrots 2 pcs.;
    • vegetable oil;
    • mayonnaise;
    • olives;
    • greens;
    • salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare food. Wash the herbs and dry them thoroughly to remove excess moisture. Peel the onions. Cook eggs, washed carrots and chicken breast until tender. Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly in cold water (be careful, often dirt remains under the cap).

Step 2

Cool the chicken breast, remove the skin, and separate the meat from the bones. Finely chop the resulting fillet with a sharp knife.

Step 3

Chop the onions, peel and finely grate the carrots. Divide the boiled eggs into whites and yolks. Rub them separately on a fine grater.

Step 4

Take the mushrooms dried from water and chop, but not too finely. For example, cut a mushroom in half and cut each piece into thin strips.

Step 5

Preheat a frying pan, add a little cooking oil to it, suitable for frying. When the oil is hot, put the chopped onion in it and fry until golden brown. Add mushrooms to the onion, salt to taste and fry until tender. Try to stir the onions and mushrooms more often. Place the mixture on a plate covered with a paper towel and let cool and drain off any excess oil.

Step 6

Take a wide plate (preferably with a shallow depression). Start collecting the salad. The first layer will be chicken fillet. Lay it out and brush with a thin layer of mayonnaise, which should be the same thickness throughout the plate. The next layer is mushrooms and onions, then carrots and mayonnaise. Smooth and tamp the salad slightly, making it rounded.

Step 7

Chop the herbs and sprinkle on the carrots. Lay out the whites on top and the yolks as the final layer. The salad will be decorated with olives. Open the jar, drain the liquid, and cut each olive in half. Arrange them in random order on top of the dish.
