Cabbage cutlets are an inexpensive and simple dish that can be served as a side dish for meat, or as an independent dish. Moreover, such cutlets can become an alternative to meat and fish cakes.
It is necessary
500 grams of cabbage, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of semolina, 50 milliliters of milk, 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs, salt and spices to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the milk and pour semolina over it. Stir and let sit for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Chop the cabbage finely, put in a bowl and cover with salted boiling water. After a couple of minutes, drain the water and squeeze the cabbage lightly.
Step 3
Add semolina, egg and flour to cabbage. Mix well.
Step 4
Form cutlets from the mixture and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown (2-3 minutes). Serve with sour cream.
