Remove the butter from the refrigerator beforehand to soften. In a small saucepan, mash it together with the sugar. Add cocoa, vanillin and milk. Put on low heat and heat until sugar is completely dissolved, stirring occasionally. Bring the mixture to a boil. You do not need to boil.

Then remove from heat and refrigerate. To prepare the glaze, pour four tablespoons of the chocolate blank into a separate container. Prepare the dough from the rest of the mixture.

To do this, stir the eggs with a fork, add salt and beat everything well. Mix flour with baking powder and sift. Toss in eggs, chocolate mixture, flour, and baking powder. Sort out raisins and nuts, rinse under cold running water and dry well. Add to prepared dough and stir.

Take a special baking dish or a few small containers, brush them with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs or flour. Pour the mixture into them and place in the oven. Bake the cake at 180-200 degrees, about 1 hour. In a form with a hole, it will bake faster. The readiness of the baking can be checked with a match or a wooden skewer; it should come out of the baked cake dry, without residues of raw dough. If the products are already browned and raw inside, then cover the muffins with parchment paper and bake further.

Remove the baked cake from the oven, cool it without removing it from the mold for half an hour. Place on a dish. Bring the chocolate mixture for the icing to a boil, pour in the milk, add the powdered sugar. Then, while stirring, add the starch and bring to a boil again. Pour the cake with hot icing, let it cool. Cut into pieces. The cake is tasty and aromatic.
