- 1 onion
- 1 bunch of greens (preferably parsley)
- 1/2 squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp white wine
- 1/3 tablespoon vegetable oil and fish spices. And also salt and black pepper to taste.

Step 1
In our case, we need to cook the fish in the oven without losing its useful qualities. There are a large number of cooking recipes in this form: several types of trout in the oven; trout in foil, with and without vegetables; trout with ginger, sour cream or sauces, etc.

The cooking recipe is as follows:
Rinse the trout well and let it dry a little. Then cut in half and sprinkle with spices. You need to wait about an hour until the fish is completely saturated with spices.
In the meantime, wash, peel and rub the carrots on a thin grater, put them on the bottom of the baking dish.
We also cut the onion, but in thin half rings and put it on the carrots. Sprinkle it with a little pepper.
Sprinkle the washed and chopped parsley on top of the carrots, then salt if desired.
Put the fish on the parsley itself and pour it with lemon juice, wait 15 minutes, season with more wine and vegetable oil.
After that we cover everything with foil and place in the oven, kneeled to 180 degrees. We are waiting for 35-40 minutes. The fish is ready.

It remains for refinement to put the dish on a large plate, sprinkle with herbs and decorate with vegetables.
