Oven-baked trout is a feast, even if you cook it on a regular day. Noble red fish, cooked with a whole carcass, stuffed or baked with steaks, will always be tender and juicy. Cut the trout carcass, rinse and cut into medium-sized portioned steaks, season with salt. Place the steaks in a baking dish. Set the oven to preheat at 180 ° C.
Chop all vegetables and cook them golden brown in a frying pan. Melt the butter in a separate skillet and add the flour. Stir for 2 minutes, then pour over the cream and fish broth.
Let the sauce thicken, stirring constantly with a wooden spatula, add the spices. Pour the prepared sauce over the trout steaks in a baking sheet and place them in the hot oven for 25 minutes.
Cover the almost finished dish with chopped cheese and cook for another 10-12 minutes. As soon as a crust appears on the fish, it means that the trout is ready, you can remove it from the oven. This dish with mashed potatoes or peas will be very tasty.

You will need:
- trout carcasses - 2 pcs.;
- sour cream - 1/3 cup;
- champignons - 6-7 pcs.;
- hard cheese - 100 g;
- long grain rice - 5 tbsp. spoons;

- garlic - 2 cloves;
- vegetable oil;

Cook the rice until half cooked and cool. Peel the onion and chop finely, fry it until transparent in oil. Next, fry the mushrooms, cut into small plates, until fully cooked.
