- fresh trout - 500 g;

The cooking process begins with processing the fish: for this, fresh trout are well cleaned of scales, make a longitudinal cut, remove the insides, also cut off the gills, and then rinse well in running water and dry the fish on a towel or with napkins.

Peeled trout must be grated inside with pepper and salt. You can use black allspice and any spices to taste that can give your dish a delicious and original flavor. Make cuts in the fish along its entire length.

In the meantime, take a lemon, cut it in half, and squeeze out the lemon juice from one half. Add vegetable oil to it and mix well. The second half of the lemon can be cut into thin half rings and inserted into the cuts of the fish.
