This pilaf is unusual. The combination of pilaf with fish will surprise everyone and will become the center of attention on your table. The dish tastes tender and tasty. When cooking, pilaf takes a minimum of time.

- - 1 glass of mixed vegetables
- - 2.5 cups broth
- - 2 cups rice
- - 0.5 cups almonds

- - 1 kg fish fillet
- - 1 tsp saffron
- - 0.5 tsp cumin
- - 1 orange
- - 1 lemon
- - 3 cloves of garlic

Instructions
Step 1
First, take the fish fillet and cut into pieces. Wash, peel the lemon and orange, and slice.
Step 2
For the marinade, combine 0.5 cups of vegetable oil, lemon, orange, garlic, fish spices and salt everything. Dip the fish into the resulting marinade and place in a cold place for about 1-1.5 hours.
Step 3
Pour chicken or fish broth into a saucepan, boil. Add rice and let it boil, cover and cook over low heat for 12-15 minutes. Add some heat and cook for about 10-12 minutes more.
Step 4
Open the lid and add butter and vegetables, saffron and salt. Stir the pilaf gently, cook until the broth begins to boil.
Step 5
Boil 0.5 cups of almonds for 5-7 minutes and peel them.
Step 6
When the fish is marinated, fry it in vegetable oil until golden brown. Fry boiled and peeled almonds in the same oil.
Step 7
Place the fish in a saucepan. Place rice and vegetables on top. Press the rice firmly down to the bottom. Flip the rice onto a platter and garnish with almonds.
